Welcome to our townhome in the HEART of Downtown Pensacola! This 2-bedroom/2.5-bath unit is a modern oasis nestled in the vibrant Seville neighborhood, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Immerse yourself in the charm of historic Pensacola with this contemporary and well-appointed townhome.

This townhome boasts a three-story design, ensuring a unique and stylish living experience. The first floor features a 1-car garage and a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. French doors from the bedroom open to a beautiful New Orleans-style courtyard.

The open floor plan on the second floor creates a bright and modern atmosphere. High ceilings, recessed lighting, and ample windows showcase the downtown views. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a smooth-top stove, a built-in microwave and a pantry. There is a table with seating for four guests. Double French doors lead to a large deck—a perfect spot to kick back and relax. The laundry room and a half bath are conveniently located on this level.

Perfect location if you want to walk to Pcola "downtown"

The acid test is that the "ladies" loved the entire 3 floor layout and, importantly, the kitchen and how it was accessorized. The master suite rivaled a 5 Star hotel. If you can deal with the stairs - it's close to perfect.We had a few questions about operating the high-tech proximity-operating kitchen sink and the thermostat and the friendly property manager, Mark, showed up quickly and explained all.Couldn't ask for better a accommodation or better response to a service request.
