Clean but has issues
We had a great view The condo was clean and comfortable We Loved the location and ease of getting to and from the beach.
My main complaint was the light over the dining room table. I called 3 times and the issue was never corrected. The maintenance person came up, determined it was a faulty switch and was told it would be replaced the next day. I called but by the end of our stay it was never replaced
The other issue was the main clothes closet. There was a big Panama fan in the closet and we were unable to get in there to hang our clothes.
The patio was another issue. I realize they are going through an upgrade due to the hurricane ; but there were trip hazards due to railing left on the patio. We ended up moving it out of the way ourselves.
Another issue was a large puddle of water on the patio. I realize moisture gathers on the surface, but this was a large puddle that covered 75% of the floor surface. When I called to see if someone could come and mop it up or use a squidgy to push it off the patio I was told it’s the beach, basically deal with it. We ended up pushing the table over the largest part of the the puddle, but we had an elderly (86) person with us and we worried about the possibility of a slip and fall when walking out on the patio.
Because of the those issues we will not be return to the Sea Spray Condos
