Motel was being remodeled and I was not told this. Nothing on walls, hallways dirty mold by ac. Room had hair on bed, mold in bathroom, towels were brown, chair was stained. I had to call Expedia to get a partial refund.

Fairly clean room except for chair in the corner had a large stain on it. bathroom and bed were clean, which is the most important thing considering we only stayed one night. staff was AMAZING. the girl at the front desk (curly hair and a piercing) was so nice to me and my friend and was also very professional. her manager was also very kind. i did not have the complimentary breakfast because i have celiac (gluten allergy) and i know breakfasts at hotels can be bad about allergies. me and my guest went to first watch up the road.

It was like asking for a kidney to get extra towels to use , and once I received them My kids used the towels and had mud on them but instead of washing the towels. They were claimed to be biohazard and charged me $75. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and have never been charged for proper use of a bathroom towel. I will Never return to this hotel again.

The place was under renovation and Expedia did not show that on the website. The place was terrible. Parts of the hotel was closed and very dirty. The room was not completely furnished and had no telephone to call front desk. Also internet and television were not working good. Elevator was working very slowly. Advertised breakfast but did not have anything available for breakfast. Had to stand outside to register for the room and then walk around the hotel to a side door to enter a very nasty hallway to the room. Was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never book through Expedia again. We should have been warned it was under renovation when we were booking

They put us in a “renovated” room, it was dirty. The bed was dirty. The sheets, blankets, and pillow cases had makeup and marks on them like they haven’t been washed. The second bed looked like it had clean sheets but the mattress protector was nasty and dirty like they don’t wash or change those out either. The sheets come off the bed, like putting full size sheets on a queen bed. The sheets smelled like sweat. We went down twice to ask for new sheets and they seemed confused and I was told I had to wait until morning for new sheets. But I kept saying the sheets were dirty. And the front desk went in the back and actually brought out clean folded sheets. Construction going on, on the hotel itself. The tub was nasty and their breakfast is a waffle maker, cereal, and toast and muffins. Find somewhere else to stay, it’s not worth it!
