Upon entering, you will find the spacious foyer area. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and a private north balcony boasting spectacular views of Old River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key. The primary bedroom offers its own private oasis from the moment you enter. Enjoy sleep-filled nights resting comfortably with a premium mattress, Gulf-front balcony access, and an attached bathroom with gleaming travertine floors and a separate glass and travertine tiled shower. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
