“Since our stay was in December and the weather was cold and rainy we didn’t use the pool. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Weather was very windy and the entrance door wasn’t snug so a lot of cold air came in. The doors need to be replaced. Air pulls through even more when you open sliding door to the balcony. Otherwise the unit exceeded our needs. ”

“Great location on the beach, it is in a quieter area so really lovely beach access. The Sans Souci is an older property and this unit is very well maintained. There is rental chairs and umbrellas available at the building but the unit also had plenty of chairs. We were quite comfortable and would stay again. Just a couple things to note:- The listing does include a travel crib, but we could not find one. - It also listed a 1 cup coffee maker, it's actually a 10 cup, likely typo but I bought K……

“Great location however the photos of the trim are not quite accurate. The patio doors are glazed over, there was mold on the curtains, rugs looked aged and dirty. The HVAC system struggled to keep up and the kitchen was very cheaply put together. Some cupboards didn’t hardly open. The furniture was very worn as well. ”

“Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was not very pleasant. The unit had a strong moldy, musty odor and that along with a couple of bugs made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. These issues raised real concerns about cleanliness and health standards. It’s disappointing because the location and setup have potential, but the property clearly needs cleaning, pest control, and better overall maintenance.
