Perfect 10 days!

We drove from Michigan, easy 1 day drive. Check in was seamless, house was immaculate, location was perfect, and the value was outstanding. Located on a private beach with chair and umbrella service, private beach club with food and drinks and also situated on a gated community golf resort with heated pool and nice gym facilities. This community is off the beaten path for spring break and there were no waits for local restaurants and activities. Clean beach and the house itself was very well appointed and shopping for in home cooking was very close. This was our second stay and we’ll be back for sure!

Great place at the beach

The house is very clean and within walking distance to the beach (there is also a shuttle to the beach - you need to call the driver for pick up). The double full bunk bed also has a twin roll out bed which can be moved to another room if needed; there is also a portable crib. Plenty of plates/pots/utensils. Bring supply of soap/trash bags etc as only one day supply is provided.

Great Property

This property was very nice for our crew of 11. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 6-16. The check in process was easy and the property was very clean. The haul to the beach was a task the first day but once we got the hang of it it was fine. We took several chairs and items and once person drove us over and then caught the shuttle. For the most part the shuttle was fairly quick. At times some of our group walked. There was a small leak in the living room and we reported it and there was someone here to work on it right away. The living,kitchen, and dining areas are very open and spacious and we enjoyed being able o all be together in this space.

Loved it!

Our 1st visit to Perdido Key and we loved the area and the Lost Key Resort. The home is gorgeous and well equipped for a family retreat. My only suggestion would be to provide more key cards for resort amenity access. Two key cards did not always work smoothly for our group.

Kind of misleading

Condo was nice enough, but for a large family there really weren’t enough pots for cooking. Also, no where in the description did it tell you that the private beach was located across the highway, and that the parking situation was very, very limited.

Friends get a way

The house was amazing but we had bugs in our beds and around all the corners of the rooms. We had to sleep on top of the covers and cover up with blankets that we brought from home. The golf cart In the pictures is not available for use. It should not be in pictures if you can’t use it while there. I would definitely stay at Lost key resort again but not at The house we Stayed at while we were on vacation.

Not great at all!

This place was definitely not worth the money! There was literally thousand’s of ants! No matter what we did they just kept coming we wasted so much food it was crazy! JD that drove the shuttle was amazing but then when he had his days off the man and woman that were running the shuttle as a team about wrecked us! Did not organize the trip probably had some many people standing and then slammed on the breaks and sent people flying! The blankets had stains on them and the pillow cases in every room! You could tell the carpets had not been vacuumed! Overall I would not recommend this place nor would we stay there again! We could not regulate the temperature in the house either it was freezing or hot! We take trips every year and this just wasn’t a good experience!
