Fabulous family get away

We always enjoy staying here! 3bedrooms, 3 large full bathrooms, this condo has plenty of space for everyone! It is clean, well stocked, newly renovated and conveniently located right by the pool and boardwalk to the beach!!! We highly recommend staying here!! A wonderful experience!!!

Excellent place to stay with children.

The place was beautiful inside. Everything was modern and had a “new” feel. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. Excellent place to vacation with children. 2 great pools, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad and the beach was steps away. I will definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Very clean well appointed condo

This condo checked all of the boxes! Extremely Clean, well stocked, amazing location, comfortable with room for everyone. 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 extra large bathrooms. Just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! Beautifully appointed for adults and Easy access when traveling with children. The perfect get away!!! We highly recommend staying here!

Great Location, clean & great host!

Had the best time with our family although the weather was a little chilly in the mornings and afternoons. But we knew it was a possibility traveling to Fort Walton in April. Other than that it was perfect. Super convenient access to pool and ocean with the gate. Everything was so clean. Also the host was so easy to get a hold of, every time I had a question I would get a response within minutes! We are definitely coming and staying here again in the summer!

Loved staying here!

This condo was recently remodeled and has a relaxing and beachy ambience. The host is easy to work with and prompt in getting back to you(had a small issue that was addressed/resolved the same day). The instructions for being there were clear and complete(codes, departure instructions). The location is an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants without the need to drive. Loved having a private parking ramp, loved the fitness room, loved our own patio, loved the view!

Another Great Week in Okaloosa Island

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo location is wonderful. Unloading was so very close, very easy. We have stayed at Azure 4 other times, always a great experience. The 5k run in Ft Walton Thanksgiving Day is always such fun! Beach is beautiful! Just a great place to be!

Perfect Location

What I love most about Azure 111 is the location! We had easy access to everything! The parking garage was close to the condo. We were on the first floor so we didn't have to wait on the elevator. The pool was just steps away from our front porch. The boardwalk to the beach was right there. The mushroom splash pad was just to the left of our room! This made it easier for me who just had a knee replacement and for my grandson who couldn't wait to go to the beach and play in the pool! We will definitely say here again! The unit was very clean and well maintained!

Wonderful location

Great location! Loved being on the ground floor. No elevators to mess with, just straight from the parking garage to your room. The condo is beautiful and clean. Located close to the beach walkover as well which is a plus with kids! The pool is very nice as well when you need a break from the beach. I would absolutely recommend this condo. Ginny was great help and wonderful to deal with !

First time visit

The whole experience was GREAT! For a first time Florida vacationers, it was everything we wanted and more. The whole process was so easy. Walking distance to the beach, the beautiful views. It was amazing! This property was well taken care of, very clean and convenient! Will stay again!

Great location

Condo was a great set up for adult couples! The beach was beautiful! Had a couple issues with appliances otherwise rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen cupboards needed attention but kitchen was well stocked. Living area could have been larger for six adults. It was great being able to step out to pool and walk to beach.

The property was very nice. There was a problem with the dishwasher and the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning the floors. Otherwise, we had a great time.

GA Family Annual Beach Trip

Perfection!!! The location, the condo, the resort, everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for my family of six adults and two children. The pack n play and high chair was perfect for our littlest one. The ground floor location next to the pool was convenient. Many thanks to Ginny for her hospitality. We are planning a return trip for next year!

Great condo and location

We had a really great time at Azure. We were very disappointed at the beach service. This doesn’t reflect the owner or the condo but guests should know we were not set up on ocean front like we have been since 2008. Three days we were blocked of our view. The new policy puts renters behind the front line. We asked one couple in front line and they had rented. So the rule didn’t pertain to everyone. We will come back and we are hopeful the owners will get this resolved.

AMAZING! GREAT GETAWAY!

Ginny was great with all the details and keeping me posted on everything. The condo was perfect for a 2 family vacation. The amenities were extremely convenient for the children and us parents. I enjoyed having the refrigerator to buy groceries to make home cooked meals versus going out for every meal. The rooms have beautiful decor, and the beds are very comfortable. I also enjoyed the washer/dryer being in the condo as well instead of having to go to a laundry mat. The easy access to the beach was also a bonus. If we decide to vacation in Fort Walton Beach again, Ginny will be our first contact :)

Family Beach Trip

This condo was wonderful. The location of it can not be beat. Being on the first floor with a toddler was a must & the location to the parking garage couldn't be beat! The condo was very clean & beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed our stay. The resort facilities are great as well. And the upgrade to the grilling area was a very good improvement. The weather was very nice & while we did have to deal with seaweed & sea slugs we lucked out with no June grass this year. And we did get a few days where the ocean was very clear & blue. Ginny was great to deal with. She was very patient with all my questions & always responded very quickly. She even checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok. If & when we come back to the area we would not hesitate to come back to this condo!
