A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again.

This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good.

Very friendly hosts very clean and tidy rooms and the option to put heating on in your room if required bathroom very clean bed extremely comfortable and a nice range of tea/ coffees in the room and a tv . A really warm friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. That feeling of a traditional bed and breakfast from childhood. Two minutes from the high st , five minutes from the railway station and the bus station. Ideally placed for visiting more of Cornwall be it by rail or bus.

Couldn’t be better.

It was a delightful two night stay with a full Cornish breakfast. It seemed to have been renovated recently. Very clean and up to date. Location was excellent - a 3 minute walk from the train station and bus depot. Belinda and Bob were wonderful hosts. Would definitely reserve again on any future trip to Penzance. Easy to get to St Ives and Mousehole/Newlyn.

Klein aber fein…

Familiär von Rob und Belinda geführtes B&B. Das Zimmer war klein, aber das Bett und die Bettwäsche war sehr bequem und angenehm. Ich hatte Zimmer 2 mit Fenster zum Hof, was sehr ruhig war. Auf dem Zimmer war Wasserkocher mit Tee/Kaffee. Das hervorragende „Full Cornish Breakfast“ rundete den Aufenthalt ab. Gerne wieder.
