The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.

We arrived at this location to a bright yellow sign in the front yard. The sign stated that there was to be a public hearing during the week after our stay regarding this short term rental. That sign gave us the impression that the neighbors were not too happy about this house being rented out. When I inquired about the sign to the property manager, he said nothing. Upon entering the property, the cigarette stench in the house was so overwhelming that we sat on the couch contemplating if we really could stay there for our 2 night reservation. After being in the house for approximately 10-15 minutes we decided that we could not stay in such a smelly rental property. We contacted the property manager stating that we would be vacating the property. We had to book a last minute hotel room for the night. I would not recommend this property for rental.
