「Clean comfortable space, great recommendations for places to visit nearby. 」

「This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.」

「What a great apartment. Everything was up excellent standards. Many extras like phone charging stations, smart TV with many choices, free wifi, well stocked kitchen, a balcony with a hammock just to name a few. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for letting us stay. 」

「Nicely located, Nicely decorated. Check-in easy. AC non functional, not installed properly, making it useless. This is acknowledged by host. Property should not be advertised as having AC. 」

「We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. 」
