「This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. 「The property Management company was very helpful and attentive. We made the reservation for the Captains Quarters on the 3rd floor facing the Atlantic Ocean with an amazing Beach ⛱️ view. I recommend this property for a Beach getaway. The only inconvenience is there's no elevator. 」
