「The service is warm, attentive and engaged; everywhere you go, you’re greeted with the same open smile. 」

「The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip.」

「I stayed there for 2 days. The overall conditions of my room were fair. The toilet of my room was dirty and wallpaper was broken. Some sinks system were out of order. The room seemed so old even though new printing recently.」

「The rooms are very noisy, especially the ones that face the street. It will be hard to get a good night's sleep here. The balcony was not cleaned and had ashes. The bed board had weird smears on it. Overall, it's okay, but noisy and requires a proper clean for rooms. The front desk staff were pleasant.」
