“Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.”

I stayed in a deluxe room at Heaven Nest Stay for one night. The location is quite convenient—just a short walk from Nehru Park metro station, with a Domino’s and several small restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful, which made for a quiet night’s rest.
However, the room was very compact, and the bathroom was extremely small. While the floor was clean, there were noticeable layers of dust on the windows and shelves. There were no chairs, and although a large cupboard was provided, it lacked……

“I have booked through Expedia, when I reach there, they said that no reservation. And gave a room which is not clean!!! Staff don’t know Tamil and English. Only Hindi speaking. We checked three rooms, there are bed bugs and cockroach. Very bad smell in the washroom. We reached there around 9pm, we had to stay that night and left. Wouldn’t recommend!!! ”
