「My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Karl Wirt. We had the raised toilet seat we had asked for, with a good sized bathroom. We were puzzled by not having a plug for the bathroom basin when we wanted to wash, but the toilet paper came in handy to plug the hole. The other problem seemed to be relating to the air conditioning as we could 't get the room cool enough at times. I know we were their when the temperature outside reached the high 20sC most of the time. We must say that the staff...

「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」

「The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. 」

「The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2...

「Internet TV is almost broken, the internet speed is very very slow, when you connect to the YouTube, the video can't running well, besides the breakfast is terrible, very few option and not tasty, this is the worst hotel from Marriot-series that I have ever stayed in my life 」

「Near central station, nice room and friendly staff」
