Nice hotel, very well located

Staff was great, always tried to help and were very friendly. Only problem, there is no elevator and my room was at the 4th floor.

El internet no funcionó en ningún momento aun con las solicitudes realizadas. Me dio la impresión imputaban el no funcionamiento a nuestros equipos. Un teléfono Samsung un IPhone y una Mac. Los tres funcionaron perfecto antes de llegar al hotel y aún funcionan perfecto luego que salimos del hotel. La ducha del baño demostraba falta de limpieza por hongo de color negro. Dos cucarachas en la habitación.

The location is perfect if you are going for Business or to do something in Downtown Pereira , , The hotel Staff it's just excellent , great service from the bellman to the Front desk , and the Housekeepers

Pleasant stay

I had a great experience at this hotel. My room looked exactly like the picture, there was hot water, and staff was extremely friendly. They helped me to print out my plane ticket, called me a cab, and delivered all services very quickly. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel. Clean and good services. The employees are gentle, respectful and available. That was a very good experience. If posible or if i have to go back to Pereira, I would like to go back at luxor hotel. Also I recommand this hotel to everyone who wish to go to Pereira Colombia...

This is NOT a 150 USD hotel ... exaggerating a 40 or 50 dollars per night... old building, just ok AC, ugly room, improvised cafeteria ... not recommended at all !!

What a Disappointment!

This hotel has turned into a disaster! This was my third stay here, and by far the worst...starting with an unfriendly receptionist, a room door with no security lock, very small window. The next day the manager, Santiago, and his asst, Esteban, moved me to another room, this one on the street. Early the next morning, street vendors directly below my window starting shouting to sell their wares! (Wouldn't you think the hotel would ask them to move up or down the street a little?) The maids did not leave amenities until asked, and the hot water in the shower very slow in coming. The management paid lip service to wanting to make my stay comfortable, but at check-out the receptionist, not the same one as at check-in, was also not able to understand that some charges on the bill were fictitious...and so the entire stay ended with unhappiness...do not recommend this hotel, Hotels.com needs to check this one out personally, it has gone downhill.
