"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Our stay in Dovje at Ela Appartments exceeded our expectations. What an absoltue hidden gem, wonderful!We could not have been made more welcome and nothing was too much trouble, not that we needed much as everything was just right.We did need a kettle though, after all we are British! That was sorted easily.The views from the appartment are wonderful with a spectacular vista of the mountain range.Everything was in easy reach and without the need to use a car. The character of Dovje is it's best asset, unspoilt by tourism and too many unnecessary modern amenities.Please keep it that way!The weather could not have been kinder, sun every day except the last which was fine by us, we needed the rest!All in all fantastic thank you so much."
