Santorini Perissa Beach Hotels

"We had a wonderful stay at Tritonas Rooms! The location was fantastic and made getting around so easy. On top of that, the host was incredible—so welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Établissement très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Très calme, idéal pour se reposer après une belle découverte de Santorin. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous donnent de bons conseils pour les visites. Les petits déjeuner au top avec des produits faits maison et frais chaques jours. A 5 mn à pied de l'arrêt de bus et 10 mn à pied de la plage de sable noir. Au top ! "

"We loved the location of the hotel and the very sweet family that runs it! Everything was clean and we even got to check in early & got an extra room! We highly recommend."

"The towels were so stiff"

"Nice apartment with amazing staff, was very clean! "

"We loved our stay! Very accommodating and extremely helpful. "

"Basic when nothing better is available Very nice lady porter gave me adapter to use and brought me breakfast to my room"

"The Penthouse was excellent. A great location, the owner was really helpful and was always there if we needed him. The accommodation was really clean and modern and the hot tub was great. Couldn’t ask for anything more and would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel run by a family. Staff is super friendly and location is amazing, close to restaurants, supermarket, and in front of the beach. The only improvement is that bathroom is a bit small and the tap & shower water was salty"

"The hotel was very nice and conveniently located near the beach. The staff member who assisted us was extremely friendly and kind. There were also many restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "

"Our host was extremely friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and offered any help we needed. He brought us a lovely breakfast each morning. The room itself was quite dark, but did have a little sitting area which was nice. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up sore each morning. One night while we were there, other guests were very loud on the patio until well after midnight which made it very hard to sleep. I would suggest bringing earplugs. The location is great with the...

"The owner is wonderful, very kind and helpful. We had everything we needed, and the sea view is fantastic. Right in front of the beach, you get the best spot for sunbeds while staying at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed for nine days and didn't want to leave! I highly recommend it."

"No cups, can not drink coffee or brush teeth. no shampoo or hair dryer available. TV is 10" size, internet not working. Water boiler is rusted. Worst experience and very disappointed. Only provide beds to sleep. Fake facility pictures on the web. Beach pictures are from local beach, not part of hotel. The only good is 3 minute walk to bus station."

"Amazing ! Our host George was on time to welcome us and help us to the villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. There was a lovely welcome pack with lots of food and big bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us. this villa is very big with large TVs in every room. absolutely loved the view and the huge terrace. We will definitely be back."

"Loved the rooms, loved the area, it’s not crowded like Fira or Oia, a lot of retauranats. Easy access to the black rocky beach. Thank Natasha for the beautiful stay. "

"Room, bed and bath are too small and not inhabitable for two people. "

"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. All amenities very included. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY"

"Theoni is the most graceful, warm and welcoming host! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely practical. She took care of ordering taxis to the port, surprised us with breakfast for the journey, and there were hints and touches of hospitality everywhere. This is the 2nd time we have returned - highly recommended!"
