No human contact at all. The room was fine. Everything worked well and was well maintained. It would be nice to make the human connection while there.

Well aged classic motel nestled in a neighborhood. It’s basic but served well for a one night stay. Wouldn’t mind some updated materials and better cleaned amenities for the price. Probably a good place to base out of if your days are mostly adventuring outside during your stay. Location was key for my stay. Really odd way of checking-in seems to leave guest and motel open to liability. Would have no problem staying here again.

There was no staff, it was a QR code check in- bed and bathroom clean but the rest of the place was not! Thick dust on most surfaces- coffee maker still had grounds in it, the carpet was torn and had duct tape holding it together...

The hotel was very clean and was adequate for our trip. They had a small kitchen area but it didn’t have any dishes for the guests. The curb appeal is definitely lacking but good enough for our short trip.

Nestled in the middle of downtown Perry, this was a perfect place to stay for a wedding at East Hill Creamery. Our group used the gym that is close by as well as Old Soules Bakery. Both within walking distance. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable and wifi is great.

It is a simple motel in a small town that I have stayed at each year for an overnight. It is clean, walkable to the little town, parking. It has a little frig, microwave, coffee maker and clean. Nothing else was needed. Will always stay there when coming up for the night.

My room was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked. The only downside that I noticed was that there was no ice machine. I require ice. I looked for one and could not find it. If it was there, it was well hidden.
