“I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep”

“This property is not manned by people in the building. The entire check-in process is operated by a virtural agent. It made the experience more difficult than I expect at a hotel. For example, I arrived in the evening, wanted to make an adjustment to my stay (change dates) but was unable to do so. When we got to the room, we had would have liked additional pillows, but we couldn't get them because there wasn't anyone at the main desk, as it is only staff during the day. It was a frustrating……

“The staff were nice, but will not be staying here again if I can avoid it. It was clean, but I found a bug in the bathroom the second night so that made my skin crawl.
The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger.
The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but……
