"The Mohican Lodge and surrounding areas for walking/running/hiking is just a perfect weekend getaway. My husband and I spent the weekend there for a half marathon race. The trails around Pleasant Hill Lake are spectacular. The lodge itself is very nice, rooms are comfortable, food choices are good and the staff is very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!"

"The room was excellent. Very comfortable and very clean. The only thing m that wasnt perfect wasthe bathroom door wasnt painted and its all chipped. The room was nicely painted and fresh but the unpainted door kinda took away from the pristine of the rest of the room. Comfortable stay. The other thing room needed was some fold up luggage holders dont really want to put luggage hp o dresser it would scratch top eventually and when luggage opens it hit TV screen. "
