The front desk staff were extremely nice and professional. The room was very modern, spotless and routinely serviced. You cant beat the location for being near the water, the ferry and close to whatever you came to Perth for. Highly recommend.

Although the staff was kind and courteous and helpful, the guest rooms in this hotel were painfully small, including tiny bathrooms, which made it hard for senior citizens to move around comfortably.
