This stylish apartment unit has an executive feel but is also family friendly. It boasts ample living space for a 2 bedroom unit. 3 mins walk to the Canning river, bike rides, quiet walks or jogs along the river are a stone's throw away. Fremantle is less than 10 mins drive or the bus stop is right at your door step. Perth city is 15 mins by bus and car, or 25 mins via 1 bus and 2 train stops. The huge Garden city shopping mall is 5 mins drive or only a few bus stops away.
We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.

A modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment boasting plenty of light awaits you and your family/friends. Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a walk in robe with an en-suite. Second bedroom has 1 Queen bed. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook a feast. Soak up the sunshine in the alfresco dining and enjoy your coffee or wine. Complimentary coffee capsules are provided to use in the Nespresso machine.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to complete our pre-arrival checks.
Before check-in, you’ll be required to complete a quick identity verification by uploading your licence or passport. This step ensures security for the property owner, giving them confidence that you are who you say you are—similar to standard hotel check-in procedures.
Please note:
Our system uses the highest level of PCI compliance, ensuring your information is handled securely.
This process is essential as we operate a self check-in system.
Credit card and processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
You have 2 free car parking bays allocated per unit via a car stacker. Please advise me if you have 2 vehicles and i will meet you at the property to show you how to operate it. The front building of this complex is commercial/office space. Please do not wander around that area or park on the left side (when facing the apt) as it belongs to commercial parking.
Please note that a long-stay cleaning fee of $250 is applied instead of the standard fee for stays longer than 21 days.
