More like a low 3 star

This is rated as a 4 star property. I have stayed at better 3 star properties. I can't understand how this is a valid rating. See photo of flooring. While it states there is wifi in room when asked they said it is spotty and to try the lobby. The wifi link only came available in the lobby. On arrival we were told we should have called to reserve a parking spot but now we would just have to try and find one on the street.

Really enjoyed the ocean view. Property was walkable from train and buses. Hotel staff was very helpful, and lots of stores, restaurants and a pharmacy nearby within walking distance.

There is a large flight of steps to get into the building. The rooms are just average. The breakfast was below average and the breakfast area was nothing to 'write home about" The location of the hotel is right across the street from the beach which is it's main redeeming element. There area lot of restaurants directly across the street on the beach but they are more of a beach bar than a real restaurant. You have to hunt to get anything special to eat.

Posizione ottima sul lungomare, soggetta alla inevitabile rumorosità serale. Accesso all'hotel tramite una lunga scalinata che, in assenza permanente (3 volte su 3 soggiorni) di personale di servizio, diventa una spiacevole esperienza di trasposto bagagli, specialmente per ospiti anziani e/o disabili. Alla reception sempre una sola persona, ovviamente inamovibile. Ben organizzata la sala e il servizio della prima colazione. Insufficiente la dotazione del frigo-bar. 2 sole bottiglie acqua 1 gassata e 1 naturale. In generale la classifica 4 stelle sembra molto generosa.

Stanze pessime e personale incompetente

Viaggio per lavoro 3 giorni a settimana quindi di alberghi ne vedo tanti, questa è la prima volta che anticipo la partenza!!! Stanza sporca (allego foto): polvere, muri e paralumi macchiati, macchie di umidità sul soffitto, davanzale interno sporco di cenere, puzza! E ho prenotato la superior fronte mare, figuriamoci le standard... Ma quel che è peggio e mi ha fatta scappare è l’atteggiamento del receptionist che rispondeva in modo sgarbato e isterico, anche davanti alla direttrice che altrettanto non è all’altezza del ruolo. Discorso diverso per il ristorante dove ho trovato un buon servizio e buon cibo.

L'albergo dimostra tutti i suoi anni, sebbene la hall sia discreta ed accogliente. La mia pruma camera era decisamente piccola, poi, cambiandola, è leggermente migliorata. Ciò che più ritengo fastidioso, è la mancanza di un parcheggio, anche convenzionato, che lì dove si trova l'albergo è determinante. E per chi come.me che viaggia tanto, perdere 20' x un posto auto dopo una giornata in auto .... fa pensare di non tornare più in una simile struttura. Lunico parcheggi comodo, affiancato all'hotel, è a pagamento e non costa poco. L

Easily walkable from the central station. Plenty of food options. The hotel is right on the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and just what I was looking for. The staff is so friendly, and breakfast was excellent! I very much enjoyed my stay.
