The four double-glazed, soundproof PVC French windows provide access to two comfortable, liveable balconies: one with a partial sea view, the other, fitted with a sunshade, overlooking the square with its lush greenery and street furniture. Upstairs, there is a 160m² terrace with unobstructed 360° views. In addition to the self-service laundry facilities, your SUITE features a very elegant and spacious private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The heating is independent, with natural gas-fired aluminium radiators; air conditioning with split inverter units; Wi-Fi and TV. Just 150 metres away is the sea with a long stretch of beach where you’ll have a parasol, chair and sun lounger reserved just for you; 100 metres away is the ‘strada parco’, with its characteristic Wednesday market; 1 km away is the shopping promenade with various shops and the nightlife scene with its pedestrianised area.
