The house, on the fourth floor of a condition with an elevator, offers a bright living area with an open kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, ideal for those who love to cook. The living room is equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for moments of relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor meal on the delightful veranda, furnished with chairs and a table. The double bedroom is composed of a comfortable bed, wardrobe and cabinet while the modern bathroom is complete with all essential amenities. There is a washing machine and air conditioning in the living area and in the bedroom. The check-in process was my fault, phone only works with wi-fi and no wi-fi on the train which was late. Allesandro went way out of his way to make sure we got in safely. Pescara is wonderful and the location of Urbanlife70 was fantastic - close to train and close to the sea.There’s a super market right around the corner which was great. Everything was clean, great glassed in balcony. Only negative was the noise from the people above - starting moving furniture or something around 10pm every night,
