The entrance hall leads into a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV. From here, you can access both the garden and the loggia. There is also a dining room without a window and a kitchenette which comes equipped with 6 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. Moving up to the upper floor, there is 1 double bedroom with an open-hearth fireplace and a shower/bidet/WC. The 2nd upper floor features another double bedroom with an open-hearth fireplace and a shower/bidet/WC. There is also a walk-through room with 1 French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, and a shower/bidet/WC. Finally, there is a small room with 2 beds and no wardrobe.
