“Overall the hotel was nice with a comfortable room and’s beds and great shower! We could have used a mini fridge but there were none.
The lack of AC was a challenge as we stated in July and the temp was quite hotel at night, even with the windows open. No fans available either.
The staff was very nice and kindly let is check out later which was really helpful.”

“My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). “Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night!
