“The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.”

“This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay. “Boyfriend checked onto 1st room the toilet was full of toilet paper and went flush. Room was infested with roaches floor was not clean. So they moved him the last room which was next door. And told him he would use the same hard copy key. Me being a locksmith for 25 years knew that was a MASTER KEY.. the gentleman two rooms down when you come to the second room came down to a room a few minutes later after I've been to the office to complain and they wouldn't do anything. “I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for……
