"Nice modern stylish room, prompt email replies from staff regarding flexible check ins. Very comfy room. Good breakfast included. Only drawback was when the room next door had their tv on late at night it actually woke me up in my room! But not really much which could be done about that. Also milk missing from tea station in morning but assume that was a simple oversight. "

"A comfortable and roomy house located in the heart of Petersfield. We really enjoyed the convenience to pubs, groceries and shops, but still had the privacy of a detached home and a dedicated parking space in front. We cooked a number of meals in the well equipped kitchen (though pot lids and a rubber spatula would have been nice). The washer and dryer were also super efficient compared to what you see at other UK rentals. It was a very relaxed 3 weeks!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay . The place was very clean and comfortable. Location worked very well with any thing we needed being in walking distance even the train station. The goodies left by the host were very enjoyable. The only issue we came across was having to remind my husband who is 6'3" to duck when entering some of the rooms. Of course you have to expect that in an old building. "

"Excellent stay. Perfect for a girls night away. 10 of us were more than comfortable. Host was exceptional. Whenever we had queries, they responded straight away. This beautiful home comes highly recommended. "

"This was a last minute booking as the hotel we were supposed to stay in had been booked for 2026 by mistake (by me!). The room was really cosy, and we were made to feel really welcome in the bar. The continental breakfast was lovely, and hot food was available to purchase if we wanted it. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Internet was good and staff very pleasant. They made me porridge & asked how I'd like it made & gave me gluten free bread toasted as requested. I was in a room directly over the bar area so was a bit noisy but was all quiet by 11pm so was able to get a good sleep. Lovely room!"
