「Die Rezeption war a hot mess. Als ich ankam stand ein Schild bei der Rezeption das diese erst um 18:50 wieder besetzt ist. Ich war um 11:30 da. Ich hatte ein all Girls Room gebucht und einer der Rezeptionisten hat einen Mann in das Zimmer gebucht. Daher habe ich mich beschwert und der Fehler wurde aufgehoben. Und wenn Morgens zwi. 7/8 die Badezimmer sauber gemacht werden darf man nicht ins Badezimmer rein... Die Location und das Hostel an sich waren super der Service lässt aber zu wünschen übrig...

「Cliente de l'établissement depuis plus de 10 ans, j'apprécie toujours autant d'y séjourner. L'accueil, le service, la gentillesse de tout le personnel ont toujours été remarquables. Les chambres sont de tout confort. Le restaurant propose toujours des mets de qualité. Quant à l'espace bien-être, ce dernier est ouvert de 8h30 à 23h ce qui fort appréciable après une journée de travail. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement ! 「Very nice hotel with fair price.i mean not really a " fancy" one , but with that price,i have nothing to complain about. Well location also,a lot of resturants and supermarket near by.reception stuff were very nice too.」

「The location of the hotel is superb. The heart of Stasbourg can be reached in short walk and the important hub of trams is within 30 seconds walking distance. The Christmas Market will be right in front of the hotel if visiting there in December. The location is the only good point of value of money if staying here during Christmas market period. I was there in late January with a special discount rate under EUR 50, so I have nothing to complain, owing to the super convenient location. The room...
