Nicely run hotel in the middle of everything. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed, but as expected with older hotels, the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations clearly.

Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you again!
