I have only praise for this property. The staff was beyond exceptional! The property is located on beautiful grounds and just a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs. If you are looking for a new and modern facility this is not for you. Rather, it is eclectic with charm and sophistication. The food and wine selections were great.

The hotel was a perfect blend of nostalgia while providing updated amenities. I would highly recommend it to others. The staff was personable and professional. Two opportunities would be our room had not mini fridge or microwave and the coffee maker was in the bathroom which was inconvenient. Lastly the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult for my wife and I.

This is a lovely hotel. While the rooms are small, they are well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so nice and there is a beautiful public room with a fireplace to sit and enjoy morning coffee. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
