「Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. 「Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. But overall an excellent experience and one of the best on our travels so far. Thank you. 」

「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...
