"We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in June. We are a family of 13 people with the age range from 70+ to 4 months-old babies. We really enjoyed our stay :-) Great hotel with a high quality facilities. Large and comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Access to private sandy beach with umbrellas and service. Breakfast has good choices suitable for all ages. The key thing of this hotel is staff :-) Very friendly, super helpful. Especial thank you to Kamal at reception and Murad and Kanat at guest-service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially for families with young kids."

"The hotel is situated at the highway it's not accessible for tourist with mobility disabilities and even pedestrians to venture the attractions such as the Baku Eye. Its not save for anyone to cross over to the opposite side of the road. Thus, it is viable for the management to consider to provide vehicle for its customers for them to go to attractions that is situated at the opposite of the road especially for the customers like my husband with mobility disabilities. As per normal there's good and bad customer service, Yusuf the front desk receptionist gave an excellent service, he booked for us the transport to the GYD Airport while another lady of the front desk let us know that there's a London cab in front of the hotel and we can also book via BOLT ot the airport. Yusuf also assist my husband to get into the car that he booked for us. Keep up the good work Yusuf."

"The entire staff at 4Seasons Baku make this iconic Baku hotel even more special and memorable! They helped us coordinate our visa to Baku before arriving due to the portal link not working. The staff had a birthday cake for our adult son as Baku was part of his birthday trip. The concierge's dinner recommendations were delicious and better than AI's suggested places. Our two rooms had fantastic views of the flame towers, the tulip mall, and the carpet museum. It was perfectly located near the old city walls. Breakfast was the best (or near the best) on our entire Caucasus extended tour. BAKU is a gorgeous city with historical beautiful sites to explore. The city wowed us and has much more to offer to tourists than we had anticipated. I'd love t return for another 3 days in the future."
