「I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere – it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast had good variety. I would happily come back again!」

「This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. 」

「We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

「Oikein ystävällinen palvelu. Sain merinäköalan ja oman terassin. Hissiä ei ole ylempään kerrokseen mutta ei haitannut. Aamupalan saa pyydettäessä ja se on hyvä ja riittävä. Huone siistitin joka päivä. Kaikkiaan suositeltava pieni hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa hiljaisella kadulla. Kaikki lähellä mm. hyviä ruokapaikkoja.」

「Excellent location in the Old City. If possible book the signature room with a view to the Maiden Tower. Good service, comfortable, spacious rooms and good though monotonous breakfast. Maybe a good idea to give some of the staff a crash course in English」

We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food...
