「The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic, we could see Twin Tower there. We would like to come back to this hotel next time..」

「Superb stay for family of 4 ppl at the spacious executive 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 10 days traveling around KL. It’s very close to KLCC mall and plenty choices of restaurants nearby. The staffs there are very helpful and friendly. Enough carpark space provided with only RM10 per day. Definitely will come back again.」

「七個人入住八樓的三房家庭式空間四天，價格便宜，地點不錯，用走的可以到雙子星、吉隆坡塔、柏威年百貨，但是一開始有一間廁所的洗手台堵塞，然後連續兩天有看到蟑螂…整體衛生沒有到很好，也沒有提供衛生紙跟水，而且水壓忽大忽小，小的時候真的很誇張，差不多是用滴的…可能整棟大樓很多人同時使用吧⋯⋯不過服務人員的態度都很好，也很願意幫忙處理問題，在WhatsApp 反應後都還蠻快回覆的。」
