A 1 bedroom renovated, self-contained barn.

Very well-equipped with all modern appliances. 1.5 acre garden. In South Downs National Park. 1 mile from historic town of Petworth. 70 minutes from London. 20 minutes from Arundel Castle and Goodwood. 30 minutes from the sea. Swimming pool. Please feed my chickens and they'll give you fresh eggs in return!

Situated in the South Downs country park. 1 mile from historical town of Petworth with gorgeous antique shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants and coffee bars. 70 minutes by road to London. 70 minutes by train from Pulborough (5 miles). 30 minutes from the coast.

- Buzzy restaurants: East Street Brasserie . Magdhoot Indian
- Cool bars: Lots of pubs
- Cozy cafés: Hungry House, Coco
- Retail therapy: Lots of boutiques /fashion shops /antique shops...bring a lot of money!
