「Julie was an excellent host. Very cozy, clean home in the quiet countryside. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, the hot tub was a wonderful treat in the evenings, and there were so many amenities (Bluetooth speaker, chargers, spices, bottled water, extra towels, yard games, fire pit) that made this a true home away from home. We plan to visit again and to tell our friends to visit as well. Thank you for Julie for being one of a kind.」

At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.」

「Everything was as described on the posting and the pictures were accurate. It was a last minute booking for us so this was one of the most reasonable priced ones we found. Check in and check out was a breeze. We just needed a place to stay for one night for the 13 of us adults and kids so this was it. 「Easy check in and check out. The host is incredibly accommodating, even with our holiday schedule. The space is cozy and had everything we needed. We slept 8 people comfortably, and being pet friendly was a huge plus. Ample parking space and convenient location are a bonus. Dining table was big enough for board games, and the TV was a great size for watching the NYE ball drop. Absolutely would rent again, and probably for multiple nights next time! 」
