It is very clean and well appointed for a short break. As it is centrally located, in a small street, it is noisy as there are bars and restaurants nearby with people around until very early in the morning. There was also noise from people coming back very late in the building. If you don't mind noise, then it is a great flat to rent to explore...

"Ok it's 60 steps up a winding staircase (pack lightly! Suitcases not so fun to haul up and down) but the beautiful, clean charming apartment is absolutely LOVELY! The roof top is charming with a great view! The kitchen is well appointed, really everything is. The tv, we were too un tech savvy to work but when in Aix you don't really want to waste your time watching television!"
