「Great place. Strange neighbourhood at night and would not be comfortable walking home late at home, but we had no problems.Good access to Center city and restaurants.Very well stocked kitchen compared to similar stays, and it was clean and comfortable.Gladys was very responsive.」

「This property worked great for us as we were visiting family right around the corner. Beds were so comfy and it was awesome to have a/c as it was so hot and humid. Only complaint is people talking loudly outside at 1:30am Friday- Sunday, probably coming from the bar next door, but that's not the owner's fault. We will stay here again!」

「This condo is in a great location. You can walk to most everything. The hop on hop off buses are about two blocks away. Lots of things to see were walkable. While there were homeless people in the area, no one approached us and it is not a super isolated area. We just always came and went as a pair or group. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「Great stay, great location! The beds were comfy, and the towels were fluffy. The garden and coy ponds were a bonus. The owner was accommodating and answered questions within minutes. We had a great time!」

「Hosts were very accommodating and flexible. The property was a lot of fun and the AC kept us cool on the hottest days of the year. I wish the parking situation had been more transparent on the listing - it was difficult to come by. 」

「I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.」

「Property is nice and well kept. Neighborhood is being redeveloped so it was tough finding quiet to work during the day.」

「We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. The building is older, and the hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell. Inside the unit, the lighting was quite poor throughout the day, which made it difficult to work...

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
