「My daughter and I loved this apartment! The high ceilings makes it feel so spacious. Overnight parking is only 2 blocks away. The location is perfect for walking to Reading Terminal Market and China town. The host was very helpful and responded quickly! Id definitely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed ur stay, comparing to other VRBO's we have stayed in- some opportunities would be- have a supply of paper towels- more than one dishtowel-more than one bath towel/ bed when people are staying multiple nights, clean the windows- overall cleanliness subpar with cabinets needing work- furniture/wood- damaged-walls banged up and soiled. 「The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

「My husband and I booked for a two day stay with another couple. Unit was as described, cute and modern, beds were super comfortable. Parking was a little challenging. Communication was excellent. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again. 」

「We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.」

「I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.」

「The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. 「Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. 「The apartment was a delightful surprise. There are two large bedrooms and two full baths. The living room also has a pullout sofa. Lots of natural light. It was great to have a kitchen to make our own breakfasts. There is an ACME grocery in easy walking distance. We did not see anything with the WiFi info but with one phone call it was resolved. The decor is fun and modern. The garage parking was genuinely appreciated and easy to use.This apartment is a gem! 」

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
