“- Communication: had to reach out to the host for access. If my instructions aren’t going to be mailed out ahead of time I believe the host should reach out. While response time was quick I really don’t like being 5 min away and not knowing how I’m going to get into the apartment. I have always had hosts email out instructions through the app so this was a bit of a surprise. - Amenities: no soap in the half bath and pocket door doesn’t really shut well. “The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing……

“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.……
