“The soundproofing in the guest room is very good, and the stay is very comfortable.”

“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

I went outside and stood in the cold waiting, only to discover that the shuttle driver was literally asleep in the van. I went back inside and told the front desk agent what was happening, and he seemed completely unconcerned. There was no sense of urgency and no real effort to help. The shuttle driver also seemed indifferent……
