The hotel is located in a great neighborhood and close to Drexel/UPenn with shopping and food selection around the area. Pretty walkable and clean. The bathroom can use a venting fan, and another bottle of body wash instead of bar soap. But overall, the suite is great!

I would have given 5 stars because property was beautiful and clean with a great view. However website says free parking and it’s $32 for the entire night. Then the garage is a little shady. Other than that we loved the hotel accommodations

The view from these rooms is unmatched! I also enjoyed working out and swimming while looking out at the city from the 28th floor. Live music and drinks in the lounge was a bonus.

This is by far one of the best hotel staffs that I have encounter in some time. They are all awesome and attentive. The best service, the best staff, and the property was immaculate. Definitely looking for other things to do in Philly just to come back to the same hotel.

We booked a last minute reservation with this hotel after a really bad experience with a different hotel. To say they were night and day is an understatement. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we felt welcome and at home. The pool is fantastic and my kids loved their stay here as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Brand spanking new. Beautiful roof deck, pool, gym and lounge. These are really apartments with full kitchen, laundry etc. Walkable to Penn and Drexel and Amtrak

The amenities are nice and the views are great. I was disappointed with there being no notice that the lounge is not open on Sundays. Also the key fob did not work on the elevator but was ok getting into the room. We had to get a new one and that one gave us trouble also.

Excellent! Modern, clean. We love the studio concept with kitchen. Felt like we were in a luxury apartment living in Philly. This WILL be where we stay when we come to Philly moving forward!

The property itself is nice and the staff was excellent. The only drawbacks for me were that the walls are thin and also you can’t charge meals from the attached restaurant (Walnut Street Cafe) to your room. The first night I stayed there I was told by the aka staff that I could charge meals to the room, but when I went to the cafe I was told I could not. So there really was no impetus for me to dine at the cafe. As for the thin walls, I believe the bedroom of my suite shared a wall with the living room of the neighboring suite. The folks there were having a get together the first night I was there and while they weren’t overly loud, I could still hear everything through the walls. The second night was quieter. Overall the property is nice. The views are nice. The staff was pleasant. The 1-bedroom suite I had was aesthetically beautiful and clean. It would have been perfect with better soundproofing and with a “charge it to the room” option at the cafe.

I love this place every time I stayed this time it wasn’t clean I was hurt. That’s not what I’m. Use too at all . I’m still I shock . The covers where dirty , it was hairs in the bed

The hotel assisted ahead of time securing parking in the parking garage by the hotel. Check in was fast and easy. We were very late arriving at 9 pm and they were quick and efficient checking us in our room.

With that being said, yes we currently don't provide daily housekeeping services. However, if any items are needed to be replaced or replenished that is possible upon request. Wonderful stay thanks to the staff!
My son and I traveled to see a doctor at chop and it was his first time to Philadelphia. Kamilah and Tyra did an absolute fantastic job making sure it was a great trip for him - he felt like a prince. The room was lovely and clean - the amenities floor was fun and the pool so cool - his favorite part. The staff was great especially the staff at reception!! If we need to come back to Philadelphia for doctors visits or fun we will be back and we told everyone at CHOP too!

We love this property. The suites are well stocked and the staff are all so lovely. We love the 28th floor amenities! Quiet area - still close to all the fun. Highly recommend!
