This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The carpets in the hallways were dirty, stained and nasty to look at. It smelt horrible in the hallway, it's literally hard to breathe. And then comes the room, the carpets were all dirty and smelt moldy. The bathroom was the worst, it has mold all over because they do not have a good ventilation system. It's really nasty you know. It gets so steamy in the bathroom because there are no proper or functioning vents in the bathroom hence the mold and the disgusting smell. DO NOT BOOK.

My car was broken into. Police were called. Never showed. Front desk said it’s nothing they can do but offer me to sign a report and they will give to manager. This was very unfortunate for me and my family.

The shuttles were frequently at the hotel, but we waited over an hour at the airport. All 3 of us tried calling and were left on hold never being able to talk to anyone at the front desk. Bathroom sliding door left about 4 inches open. Buying a gatorade downstairs was $6. The beds were comfortable at least

Even though this is right by the airport, it was pretty quiet. The floor we were on had a strange smell the first night and the hallways were pretty dark. All in all, it was a nice hotel. The inly thing that would be nicer is more food options within walking distance rather than having to drive

Go to check in and find out there is a $24 parking charge. Front desk girl acted like we were interrupting her online time. Get to rooms, which are fine, but the bathroom floor is kind of gross and the shower caulk is moldy/black. Just a so-so hotel underneath the sleek appearance.

I had the option to book between downtown and airport and chose airport because I wanted to utilize the indoor pool . I was inconvenienced by having the sister hotel out door pool .

Hallways smelt like weed, property is “smoke-free”, the pool is closed due to a remodel? No clue. Staff saw us walk by and said nothing about the pool especially checking in. This was the main point of booking this hotel since we have 3 kids. We were allowed to go across to the other hotel, but only informed when I asked. Checking I didn’t know how to take the employee, not sure if had a rough night? In the room, the toilet paper holder wa sa put to fall off, curtains-screws where hanging out of the dry wall, dried up food on the wall and curtains. The sink wouldn’t drain. A hood of $150 was asked, no problem. I was told the parking and what was charged would go towards that hold. That was not the case, I still have a hold on my account and balance of charge was taken out already.

The ladies at the front desk were pretty rude every time we asked a question when we were unsure of something. I specifically booked because there was a pool but it did not say anywhere on the website that the pool was under construction. I was also under the impression of free breakfast which they also didn't have. For the price of the hotel was unacceptable for zero amenities. I would not stay here again. They also charged me twice, eventually it is as refunded, but my original hotel stay was $1300 but they charged me an extra $1500 and couldnt tell me why my card was double charged they only said it would be returned. The hotel was sketchy and not very friendly.
