Alpenhof B&B totally EXCEEDED our expectation. The location is great, our room had a great view, we felt like we were in a cabin with beautiful nature and view. It was quiet and serene. The room was big, had a wonderful view, bathroom and shower were spacious and comfortable. The owners were on top of things. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks You, Kianoush

We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed by a very kind and friendly couple who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful and has a very interesting history that made our stay even more special. Roland, the owner, personally gave us a tour of the property and shared fascinating stories about the house. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast room was warm, cozy, and inviting. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

The grounds of the property are beautiful….lots of pretty flowers and greenery. The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. The place is a converted barn from 65 years ago, therefore, the bathrooms were on the smaller side (we stayed in Rowland’s room, which is one of the smaller rooms and was the owner's bedroom as a child) and I’m assuming most of the other bathrooms were small but certainly adequate. Shower was nice size with rain shower head and handheld shower. The decorating is eclectic with lots of old antiques and furnishings. Lots of interesting things to see and the owner had lots of collections on view. You had your choice of several items for breakfast….. eggs any style, omelets, pancake, waffles, and French toast. Fruit cup was very fresh and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much.
