The room we stayed was clean, new, and comfortable. Breakfast was available in the morning. Parking spaces are ample. Had a pleasant stay.

Great service and beautiful entry way. The room was clean and bed was comfortable . The service staff was very friendly & helpful, which help soothed our concerns over the abundant posted rules, policies, and regulations (a little odd).

This is a very good value, even though it's not the lowest rates around. Restaurant wasn't open on the evenings I was there, but there's a Wegmans a short drive away for a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. for take-out.

The restaurant and bar are only open Wednesday through Saturday. Since I was there on Sunday and Monday that was not too helpful.

Amazing staff and customer service.
Best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Tip of the cap to Diane who asked the cook to stay a few minutes extra for a weary traveler that was hungry. Hotel itself is clean and well nice. I don't travel to Glen Mills often...but when I do this is the only place I will stay.

This hotel is always so clean and quiet. I went when there was a wedding ( not this stay) and everyone was up until all hours ..... I still got a great nights sleep. The staff is always so accommodating. The breakfast choices were plentiful and it was delicious. I try to choose this property anytime I am in the area and need to stay overnight.

We checked in earlier than planned and loved the top floor rooms. They were beautiful, and a good value. We enjoyed the breakfast, location and overall stay. Most of the other guests were middle-aged couples like us. We did see some kids the second day, but no kids the first day. We enjoyed the suites the most.

the room is clean and quiet. Bed is not as comfortable but its good. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was good but can do better. Over all I was happy when we stayed there. The pool was a plus! would come back again.
