Welcome to Cottage on Main in Lansdale, PA! An adorable home built in 1918 offering tranquility and convenience! This three bedroom house is located minutes to shopping, restaurants, the train station, and Philadelphia! If you are traveling for work, there is a quiet dedicated workspace and high speed internet! Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is about one mile away. The Merck facility is about 10 minutes from the house. You will have privacy and comfort in this cozy and well-equipped home. Don’t let the age of the home fool you as it was fully renovated in 2022. All of the modern conveniences are provided, but the charm of this craftsman home remains. A very special added touch is the daily visits from deer having lunch in the backyard.

Perfect for our Family

Our family of 5 enjoyed our four-night stay at this cottage from 10-24 to 10-28-2024. Members of our family were from SC and Ga. We enjoyed much of the surrounding areas and towns. Thank you to our host, Lori, we extended to us ease and comfort with the booking, and all the necessary communication.

spacious pleasant stay

Our family of 5 stayed for nearly a week in this house while we were searching for a new home of our own. We had everything we needed. There's no laundry, but if you pack with that in mind, it's not an issue. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and an AC strong enough to cool even the upstairs rooms during a heat wave. Great place!

Hpuse was well spupplied with cooking utensils, writing instruments, phone chargers, shampoo, body gel, dishwashing detergent, iron & ironing board, TV, and comfortable fortuniture...plenty of seating in livng room dining room, and kitchen. Good workspace in kitchen. Good size kitchen for cooking although we did not do any oooking. Could have had washer and dryer - a convenience. Owner responded to requests immediately....we needed to add two nights prior to our initial check-in date and the website said that the Cottage was soold out. I contacted the owner and ws able to get one extra night added on ASAP. Worth a return visit for three or more persons.

Great home in Lansdale!

This is a great place to stay in Lansdale. Home was very clean and had plenty of room for several people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was big with many new furnishings throughout the home. We had a few family members in the area come over for dinner and they loved the place. Its accessible to anything we needed from grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Lansdale ,and, the surrounding Philadelphia area. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend Cottage on Main!

Fantastic home

We were in the area for 2 weeks so wanted a more homely experience than a hotel but with a high standard of comfort. This house was perfect. The owner was very helpful and we could not have asked for more. The train takes about 50 minutes into Philly but we were needing a place specifically north of the city so it served us very well.

Beautiful place to stay!

Our stay was fantastic!! This home is well appointed with all the necessities - to include a French press AND a bean grinder! Plus all kinds of herbs, spices, and the cookware was great quality - which is NOT always the case in rentals (and we stay in a lot!). We were even able to make a cake to celebrate our daughter's MTB Nationals! The location was great for our needs and there were several excellent restaurant locations in the area in case you don't to cook in (which again, can't say enough positive things about the kitchen setup!). Thank you to Lori for our stay!

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here while in town for a family gathering. The location was perfect for our gathering in Norristown and managed to get in to Center City for some sightseeing. The house was very comfortable for 5 adult and a teen. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn’t find a need for anything that wasn’t there. While we didn't’ manage to see the fox there were a lot of deer popping by the back yard for a visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
