Nice hotel. No extra amenities. Pricey breakfast. Never know how much the rates are. Differences between what the website, Expedia, and front desk say.
Their staff cared more about me than Expedia. I had a rough time making it in due to plane delays and my reservation was cancelled, Erica tried getting Expedia to help fix the reservation but expia refused and wanted me to make a new reservation at a higher rate. Erica made sure I was taken care of, Expedia would not.

Water pipe burst while on site. Was told the night would be refunded. Still waiting for some semblance of customer service between the hotel which can’t keep up with what they say they will do like call back and Expedia who I’m told has to fund the money and still waiting three months later.
This propery definitely not up to the standard of Marriott. Both hardware and software. Especially the management. They have single layer timber floor on one of their wing. Got waken up when guest above your room walking. Just Walking. The heating system is not functioning in "Winter Time". When we approach the staff, they say they can not get their technician to come in. Don't have "Basic Essential Support". They do agree to change room. However, after a few rooms and hours later, we were back to the same room as None of their remaining rooms has properly functioning heating unit. Don't have stand-alone heating unit too. So have to spend the night in the cold. They do offer extra blankets. Hardly enough for Marriott standard.
The wrose is yet to come.
The next day when we approached the manager about the situation. She make all kind of excuses and state that this is what they can offer and if we can not accept it we should check out and go somewhere else. Which is fine with us. BUT we already paid for the rooms for the next 3 days so we requested a refund. She said NO NO. So I ask to speak to her superior. She said NO NO again. She said she is the BOSS. Countyard by Marriott ?????

Very friendly service. The room was spacious and clean. And the bar/restaurant was great!
It was fine, but definitely not worth the $330 nightly rate. Minimal fitness room and not even complimentary coffee in the lobby. A good location for our event but does not seem to be such a prime location to justify the cost.
Hotel was very clean. However hotels.com says there is a pool but they have no pool.
Front desk was not exactly welcoming.
The housekeeping were excellent very friendly and helpful.
If I had to rate my stay I would say 7
I thought I read that there would be a microwave in my room and there was none. I was forced to buy tea downstairs every day even though I brought my own teabags with me. We have also gotten the same breakfasts for free with other hotels but had to pay for it here.
Beautiful area next to a country club. Lively entertainment and a nice restaurant and bar. Room 214 shower could use some extra attention and the pillows need an upgrade.
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, pillows were all too soft, sheets didn't fit mattress/kept popping off, bathroom shower wasn't very clean inside and out. For the price, expected at least a little more.
