Wonderful hosts that promptly respond to any request. Nice neighborhood for walking to the Italian market and lots of quaint restaurants with BYOB

Great spot for a larger group

We had 6 adults and one child stay and the two units were the perfect size. The neighborhood is great and easy to get downtown for events/activities. Any questions were addressed right away by the owners. Would recommend!

We recently had a sibling trip to Philadelphia to revisit the city our father grew up in. It had been many years since the last visit for some of the group and a first for most. We chose this duplex because of its location and proximity to the places we wanted to go to, including a couple of Phillies games as well as Old Town for the historic sites. The availability of enough beds and bathrooms worked out perfectly for us and the units were immaculately kept. We had a wonderful stay, some in our group calling the trip ‘epic.’ It truly was and having this place to base out of made it all possible. I would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it.

Great Family Weekend in South Philly

We rented two units to accommodate five couples for the weekend. The accommodations were beautiful and the location perfect. We walked to the Italian Market, the Magic Garden, the Constitution Center and the Palizzi Social Club.Even the weather was great!🌞

Great find!

Lovely place with great space and amenities. We've stayed here twice and would definitely go back. Great for walking to the Italian market, local shops and restaurants. Also an easy walk to South Street and Independence Hall. Parking overnight for several nights was a bit of a challenge but we found a place 0.4 miles away.

Beautiful all around

We had a family get together and this place was an 11 on a scale of 1-10. The place was immaculate and well equipped. Just as described in the listing. We loved the neighborhood's too. Felt safe at all times. Some of the bedrooms being on a different level than the living and eating area was a bonus too. If you had a person that needed to catch some rest or go to bed early,it was easy for them to break away and get some quiet space. 9th St Italian Market with restaurants etc was only 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the owners for providing such a fantastic place to stay.

Celebrating 50th Anniversary

I was looking for a place for our extended family to stay for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This was our first time staying at a vrbo. This worked well for us. Each family had it's own floor and bathroom. We also liked that each floor had it's own laundry. We weren't bothered that it was two apartments. The bottom apartment was large enough for the family to have a shared breakfast and dinner. Check in was easy. Only wished there was a grill on the patio. Oh well. I would recommened this vrbo.

Beautiful place with great amenities.

We all enjoyed our time in Philly and at this VRBO. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen convenient. The neighborhood a bit loud at times But full of goodies.

Very serviceable condo(s) in nice location

The positives - clean, comfortable condos in a nice location The negatives - clearly a rental only property (no personal touches, some missing light bulbs, 'delightful back patio' has no outdoor furniture, etc. The website implies the units are connected, but in reality they are two units in a ? three unit building, and you must exit one unit to get to the other unit.

Very nice, location, location, location

We were traveling with another family and had a great stay. Easy in and out. Location was terrific. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, historical sites, etc. I gave cleanliness a 4-star as there were wet towels and sheets in the dryer of both units. It wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, cleanliness was exactly as it should be.

Exceptional in every way

The property was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The 2 apartments allowed us to have space while also being together. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Location was wonderful... safe, secure, and close to everything we wanted to do. Great walking neighborhood or you can Uber wherever desired. Our stay was perfect!
