Philly stay

The property was very convenient and check in was very easy. The apartment was clean but could really use some maintenance. Old windows, old shower and beds that could be upgraded. Overall, not horrible but probably would not stay there again

A nice week stay with family

This property is in the heart of it all - such a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. that are all walkable. The check-in was easy and the building has an elevator and a dolly to help with luggage. The unit was not exactly the one pictured, but we knew that going in. There was enough space for us and we liked that there was a dining table to sit at. Two bathrooms and a washer dryer made our stay more comfortable. However, we did have to but dish soap, detergent, and hand soap since they did not provide everything. Visited the roof deck a few times and there is a nice outdoor/indoor space to relax away from the unit when you need a minute away!

Great downtown Philadelphia location in high rise building

For our 5-person family (parents plus three teenagers), who arrived via train, this was a perfect location and apartment for our needs. The 15th floor apartment, in a nice building, is on one of the main east/west streets in Philadelphia, about a half-mile from the very nice train station, and only a mile or so from the historic Philly sites, Penn’s campus, the art museum, and many other walkable areas. The two bedrooms were clean, the two bathrooms were clean and orderly, the wifi was very strong, and the kitchen was of a good size and totally suitable for our needs. There are about 1000 nice eating and drinking options within a half-mile radius of the apartment.
