The front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing. But the room was old, it was noisy, the bathroom was in bad shape, the soap and shampoo dispenser was empty. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit. But the employees were wonderful! Location is great if you need a close to airport hotel. But it was still expensive!

Overall the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Airport was satisfactory. Some of the staff was friendly and professional. Good choices of breakfast foods. The rooms were good size and mostly fine. The bathtub was somewhat beat up.

It was clean, had shuttle sevice but an older property. Rooms needed renovation. Breakfast started at 7:00 a.m. i had to get to the airport at 6:30. You should see how many of your customers have to leave before you start breakfast.
