"Everything was great!!! We loved our suite with the double beds. The kitchenette was an added plus. We had to cut our stay short due to a family matter at home. The front desk staff was very understanding and gave us excellent service. The parking staff were phenomenal as well. They took great care of our car. The young lady kept our room nice & neat. Everything was phenomenal! Thank you so much! We will definitely return on our next trip to Philly!!!"

"I had an exceptional experience at the W Philadelphia. From arrival through departure, the service was consistently polished, professional, and welcoming. The entire team delivered at a high level and made the stay feel seamless and memorable. Faye was absolutely amazing — attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the experience. Erica was equally outstanding and demonstrated the kind of professionalism and hospitality that truly sets a property apart. What stood out most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction reflected care, attention to detail, and excellence. The W Philadelphia team is polished, well-coordinated, and genuinely committed to creating a first-class guest experience. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning."

"This hotel is historic; many things just felt outdated. The bathroom ceiling had stains, and one of the elevators seemed to struggle to reach each floor. Noise was the biggest issue. A conference was happening during my stay, and a large group of attendees gathered outside the hotel late at night, talking and laughing loudly around 11:45 p.m. for over an hour. Inside, the walls are thin enough that you can hear conversations from the next room. On top of that, guests letting their doors slam created extremely loud bangs — not ideal when it’s 2 a.m. and you’re trying to sleep. The hotel really needs to enforce quiet hours or implement better noise control. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very helpful. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the grab‑and‑go area felt overpriced. Overall, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a reasonable level of comfort and rest — and unfortunately, this stay didn’t deliver that."

"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."
